Inzolia (Sicily), also known as Ansonica (rest of Italy), is an Italian white wine grape traditionally used in the production of Marsala fortified wine. However, the current trend is using the grape to make crisp, dry, still white or orange wines, which often have a great mix of nutty, citrusy and herby aromas.
